ONLINE RETURNS
We accept returns of items ordered from iConnectivity.com requested within 15 days of delivery. The item(s) must be returned complete with all cables, power supples, plugs, etc. unused and free of damage. All original packaging must be intact. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

iConnectivity may charge a restocking fee or refuse to accept return of any item(s) returned incomplete, damaged by the user, and/or damaged in return transit.

Please note: All refunds will be credited to the original payment method or if that is not possible, iConnectivity.com credit will be offered. 

How do I return my order?
Customers wishing to return items purchased at iConnectivity.com must first obtain a return authorization prior to return shipment. To request a return authorization please create a support ticket at https://www.iconnectivity.com/support

Return Authorizations will include return shipping instructions.

Please allow 5-7 business days once your return has been received before iConnectivity will process refunds.

Please note: We can only accept returns on products that were purchased through iConnectivity.com.

Whoops! I made a mistake on my order!
Not a problem! We are able to make any changes or cancellations to your order up to one (1) hour after you complete your purchase. Please e-mail support@iConnectivity.com if you need to make any modifications. Unfortunately after (1) hour no modifications can be made.

Oh no! I need to update my shipping address on my order!
We are able to update your shipping address up to one (1) hour after you complete your purchase. If your existing order is in-transit, we will happily re-route your package. However, you will be responsible for any fees that the shipping carrier may charge.

Thanks for accepting my return! But why haven’t I received my refund?
Once your return has been processed, it may take up to 10 business days to reflect in your bank account, depending on your bank’s processing time.
